Refund policy
Feel assured, as we offer exchange / return for defective products or in the event that your product(s) sustain damage during shipping. Yet, please note that a mandatory requirement for replacing damaged products is to provide an unboxing video of the product. Our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
